If your shoes or clothing do not fit properly or for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will provide a return or an exchange at no cost to you. Don't feel funny about ordering a size that may not fit. We always get it right in the end. Planet Shoes will accept returns for 90 DAYS from the date shipment.
All products for return or exchange must be unworn. We suggest trying on your shoes indoors to make sure they fit and to make sure they are to your liking before wearing them outside. If you experience any defects in workmanship we need to know and will take them back. At Planet shoes we pride ourselves in providing you with the best possible quality products and we stand behind them 100%.

Check the box (or boxes) next to the item(s) you wish to return and then click the Continue button.

International Shipping and International Returns
We welcome orders from outside the US but our terms of sales and shipping fees are dependant on the country being shipped. We try hard to hold down additional expenses and offer the lowest possible shipping rates.
We charge only the actual shipping costs with no additional handling fee on orders outside of the US. Taxes and duties are charged by some countries and are not included in our shipping fees. We try to ship complete on orders to international addresses but sometimes multiple item orders are shipped from more than one location. The customer pays the expense of returning merchandise from outside the US.
