Free Returns & Exchanges - With Prepaid UPS label

If your shoes or clothing do not fit properly or for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will provide a return or an exchange at no cost to you. Don't feel funny about ordering a size that may not fit. We always get it right in the end. Planet Shoes will accept returns for 90 DAYS from the date shipment.

All products for return or exchange must be unworn. We suggest trying on your shoes indoors to make sure they fit and to make sure they are to your liking before wearing them outside. If you experience any defects in workmanship we need to know and will take them back. At Planet shoes we pride ourselves in providing you with the best possible quality products and we stand behind them 100%.

  1. Proceed with making a return. Your account will be credited as soon as we receive your shoe.

  2. Place a new order.

Returns & Exchanges:

  1. To begin your return process please log into Your Account and follow these return instructions. Or, if you are already logged in, please click proceed to our return process to go directly to your "Order/Return" page and proceed to # 4 below.

  2. The "Welcome to your Planet" page will appear with all your order history detailed below. If you have any trouble connecting to this page, from the home page click "My Planet" and then "My Account." The next page to appear is "Welcome to your Planet."

  3. Under "My Orders" click "Order/Return History." The first column labeled "Order" is a link to each order you have placed with Planet Outlet.

  4. Click on the order number and a "Return Request" screen appears. Simply click the select box next to the item(s) you wish to return. Then click the continue button on the bottom right corner of the page.

  5. Please select a return reason from the drop down, add any comments if you wish, and click the "Create Return" button. Then follow the instructions for printing a prepaid UPS label to attach to the shipping box. Please print a copy of this return confirmation page to include inside your shipment.

If you wish to exchange the returned product for another size or another item, you will need to create a new order on the website. You may either wait for your return to be processed (and credit given) or you may choose to order the new item now.

We make this process as simple as possible for your convenience and as a way to welcome you back to shop with us again.
