    We hope you love the shoes, socks, bags, or other gear you ordered from PlanetShoes.com!

    Please note that we have modified our return and exchange policy effective as of July 18, 2016. All purchases made on or after July 18, 2016 are deemed Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. If you should receive a product that is defective or damaged at the time of receipt please contact Customer Service for a product replacement (if available) or a refund. Defective or damaged products can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Purchases made prior to July 18, 2016 will adhere to the policies that were in place at the time of purchase.  

    Effective 2/22/2016: We offer free shipping on direct exchanges only. Please note that all other returns will incur a $6.95 fee. For direct exchanges: add a return note when requesting your label with the new size and color you want to try in exchange. We will honor your exchange request for the same style in a different size and/or color.  Returns and exchanges can only be made on unworn* merchandise within 90 days of the order ship date.

    Effective 6/27/2016: Returns and exchanges can only be made on unworn* merchandise within 30 days of the order ship date.

    Please note that exchange requests are subject to product availability; in the event that you wish to exchange an eligible item but a replacement product is not available, we will instead refund your purchase.

    Your return options are dependent on how you purchased your PlanetShoes.com merchandise.

    PLANETSHOES.COM RETURNS

    Returns - Contiguous United States

    Customers in the contiguous United States are eligible for free return shipping. We'll provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to making shipping a snap. To complete your return:

    1.     Login to your PlanetShoes.com account. Don't have a PlanetShoes.com account? See Returns – Contiguous United States

    2.     Click on "Orders," on the left hand side.

    3.     To view each of the packages shipped,  click on the order number.

    4.     Locate the correct shipment containing the item you would like to return, then click "Return Item(s)".

    5.     Check the box(es) next to the item(s) you wish to return and click Continue.

    6.     Select a reason for return and click Create Return.

    7.     Click "Print Label" to print your Return Confirmation page and Return Label immediately, or select "E-mail Label" if you'd prefer to print at a later time. Please include the Return Confirmation page in your package for faster processing.

    8.     Affix the Return Label to your package and drop it off at the nearest UPS location.

    Returns - All Other Locations

    Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO and FPO and all other locations outside of the contiguous United States are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a service that provides tracking. You are responsible for the merchandise until our warehouse confirms receipt. To complete your return:

    1.     Login to your PlanetShoes.com account. Don't have a PlanetShoes.com account? See Returns – All Other Locations

    2.     Click on "Orders," on the left hand side.

    3.     To view each of the packages shipped,  click on the order number.

    4.     Locate the correct shipment containing the item you would like to return, then click "Return Item(s)".

    5.     Check the box(es) next to the item(s) you wish to return and click Continue.

    6.     Select a reason for return and click Create Return.

    7.     Click "Print Label" to print your Return Confirmation page immediately, or select "E-mail Label" if you'd prefer to print at a later time. Please include the Return Confirmation page in your package for faster processing.  Please note you are only printing a packing slip, even though the button says "print label"

    8.     Ship your return to our warehouse, using the carrier of your choice. Please send your return to:

    Amazon.com Returns

    Customers in the contiguous United States returning merchandise purchased on Amazon are eligible for free return shipping. We'll provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to make shipping a snap. Please note that a return handling fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your order refund. To complete your return:

     *We define unworn merchandise as any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packing. Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials - including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs and any other materials in the original shipment - must be returned with your merchandise.
