Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we have a very small customer service team and they can only be reached by email: cs@planetshoes.com

Can I be notified when the style I want is available in my size?

Sorry, we only have limited inventory on hand.  Everything is priced to move and we will not be getting any additional units back in stock at this time.

I am trying to order a shoe but the size drop down isn't allowing me to select a size?

Unfortunately, this means that the shoe has already sold out.  The product hasn't fallen off the website yet.

What forms of payment do you accept?
PlanetShoes.com accepts four major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express – as well as PlanetShoes.com gift cards. Gift cards other than PlanetShoes.com Gift Cards are not accepted on our site. Payment can also be made by PayPal.

How can I cancel my order?
Please contact Customer Service via email: cs@planetshoes.com as soon as possible after placing the order and we will attempt to stop shipment. Because our warehouse team works so quickly to get items shipped, we may not be able to cancel your order. You will be notified if we are unable to cancel the order.

How can I change my order?
Please contact Customer Service via email: cs@planetshoes.com as soon as possible after placing the order. Please note that orders already loaded for shipping are unable to be changed. You will be notified if we are unable to process the change request.

How do I correct an address on my order?
Please contact Customer Service via email: cs@planetshoes.com as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to make the address correction prior to shipping or try to correct it with the carrier but can't guarantee.

Do you price-guarantee if you lower the price?

Everything on the website is Final Sale and we will unfortunately not be able to accomodate price adjustments.   

Do you charge sales tax?
There is no sales tax on any U.S. order.

What are my shipping options and how much does it cost?

Do you offer same day shipping?
If you place your order for basic ground shipping prior to 4:00PM EST on Monday through Friday, the order will ship the same day.  If you choose expedited shipping, the deadline is 3:00pm EST.

Do you ship internationally?
As of September 7, 2016, PlanetShoes.com no longer offers International shipping.   Any orders placed before this date will be processed and shipped out accordingly.  Please visit our Shipping page for more information.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

How can I see the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, login to your PlanetShoes account and click Orders. Find the order you'd like to track and click on the green plus sign (+) in the Details column to access your Tracking #.  Click on the Tracking # to see your order status.  Please note that tracking for orders being shipped directly from our vendors takes an additional 2 to 4 business days to update.  If you have not registered for a PlanetShoes account you can click here and enter your order number and zip code to view the status of your order.  

Why doesn't the tracking number on my order work?
It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on the shipping carrier's website. If it has been more than 24 hours and you are still unable to view tracking information, please contact Customer Service.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
We stock thousands of shoes and accessories in our own warehouse, but we also ship some items directly from the manufacturer. If your order contains a mix of products we stock and items coming from the manufacturer, they may arrive at different times. You can always login to your PlanetShoes.com Account to view the status of your entire order.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Please note that we have modified our return and exchange policy effective as of July 18, 2016. All purchases made on or after July 18, 2016 are deemed Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. If you should receive a product that is defective or damaged at the time of receipt please contact Customer Service for a product replacement (if available) or a refund. Defective or damaged products can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

MISCELLANEOUS

Do you sell gift cards?
Sorry, we no longer sell Planet Shoes gift cards to be used on our website.  We will honor any active Planet Shoes gift cards.

Do you have a catalog?
Sorry, we have such a large selection that we couldn't fit it all in a catalog! Please view our entire inventory on our website, PlanetShoes.com.

Where are your store locations?
We do not have any physical store locations. You can browse our entire selection of shoes and accessories online at PlanetShoes.com.
