If your shoes or clothing do not fit properly or for any reason you are not satisfied with your
order, we will provide a return or an exchange at no cost to you. Don't feel funny about ordering a
size that may not fit. We always get it right in the end. Planet Shoes will accept returns for 90 DAYS
from the date shipment.
All products for return or exchange must be unworn. We suggest trying on your shoes indoors to make
sure they fit and to make sure they are to your liking before wearing them outside. If you experience
any defects in workmanship we need to know and will take them back. At Planet shoes we pride ourselves

Click Order History/Place a Return
Click on the Order Number you wish to return.
Check the box (or boxes) next to the item(s) you wish to return and then click the Continue button.
Click the Create Return button.
Complete return steps 1 and 2.
