    We hope you love the shoes, socks, bags, or other gear you ordered from PlanetShoes.com!

    Please note that we have modified our return and exchange policy effective as of July 18, 2016. All purchases made on or after July 18, 2016 are deemed Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. If you should receive a product that is defective or damaged at the time of receipt please contact Customer Service for a product replacement (if available) or a refund. Defective or damaged products can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Purchases made prior to July 18, 2016 will adhere to the policies that were in place at the time of purchase.  

    Effective 2/22/2016: We offer free shipping on direct exchanges only. Please note that all other returns will incur a $6.95 fee. For direct exchanges: add a return note when requesting your label with the new size and color you want to try in exchange. We will honor your exchange request for the same style in a different size and/or color.  Returns and exchanges can only be made on unworn* merchandise within 90 days of the order ship date.

    Please note that exchange requests are subject to product availability; in the event that you wish to exchange an eligible item but a replacement product is not available, we will instead refund your purchase.

    Your return options are dependent on how you purchased your PlanetShoes.com merchandise.


     *We define unworn merchandise as any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packing. Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials - including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs and any other materials in the original shipment - must be returned with your merchandise.
