Kinda clunky
I really really wanted to like this shoe. I will say it is certainly very comfy…but it's a little clunky. As in not very sleek. As in a little old-ladyish. I didn't like the heel at all. That said, if you are looking for a super-comfy shoe go for it. I wanted comfy plus looks. This didn't do it for me.

Is the latex-cushioning footbed safe for people with latex allergies? The shoe looks beautiful, but I'm concerned about the reaction to latex. Also, what is the heel height?

Unfortunately if you suffer from a latex allergy we would not recommend the Earth Bonsai due to the latex cushioned footbed. The heel height on this style is 2 1/2".
