Is it true to size and easy to put on for someone with a high instep?

Hi Cheryl, I assume these shoes run true to size because we have not been informed different. I would think these are easy for someone with a high instep to put on because of the shorter height of the boot. If you order the shoe and it does not fit correctly when you can always return it!
