Absolute comfort!
I wear 6B and the 37 fits me perfectly. These shoes are flattering and extraordinarily comfortable.

LOVE these shoes!
For comfort and style, Naot does is best in my opinion. The first time I put this shoe on my foot, I was sold! Just pick your style...the only thing you should be aware of is that they run smaller & more narrow than most shoe brands.
