I wear a women's size 4B or 4.5 (when I can find either size!) Have worn a kids size 3 in Merrell low cut snow boot. Would like a little room for comfort in this Sperry topsider. Do you recommend a size 3.5 or size 4 if I am going to wear a medium sock with this shoe? Thanks. (I am a first time buyer with Planet Shoes.
