Customer Service | Waltham, MA, United States is a lifestyle shoe retailer looking to fill an opening in our Waltham headquarters for a full time Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Specialist who will perform a variety of order management responsibilities surrounding the complete customer order cycle from placement to shipment and returns. This specialist will also perform specialized customer service administrative duties supporting the contact center, warehouse and internal departments.
